  • Für die Leistungen der Substitutionsambulanz im Suchthilfezentrum Köln Mülheim unbefristet ab sofort in Teilzeit (19,5 Std./Wo.).
  • krankenpflegerischen Betreuung und Begleitung von drogenabhängigen Männern und Frauen
  • Krisenintervention
  • Erledigung von administrativen / organisatorischen Aufgaben im Rahmen des mit dem Zuwendungsgeber abgestimmten inhaltlichen Konzeptes
  • Zusammenarbeit in einem multiprofessionellen Behandlungsteam
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Krankenschwester / Krankenpfleger
  • Planungs- und Organisationsgeschick, Kommunikationsfähigkeit, hohe Belastbarkeit sowie Kooperationsbereitschaft
  • Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von zusätzlich vergüteten Diensten an Wochenenden und Feiertagen
  • Fähigkeit zum eigenverantwortlichen und strukturierten Handeln

Ferner von Vorteil

  • suchtmedizinische Erfahrungen und Fachkenntnisse in der Suchthilfe sowie hohe Belastbarkeit im Umgang mit herausfordernden Patientinnen und Patienten
  • Erfahrungen aus niederschwelligen Einrichtungen oder Substitutionsambulanzen
