  • Kompetenzgerechter Einsatz im PSC Team - dort wo Ihre Fachexpertise benötigt wird.
  • Im PSC Team arbeiten Sie SMART sensitive, mobile, agile und responsive im Team übergreifend im gesamten Haus
  • Umsetzung aller Kompetenzbereiche und Durchführung professioneller Pflege gem. GuKG
  • Verantwortung für eine qualitätsvolle und professionelle Pflege und eine kontinuierliche Verbesserung dieser
  • Bedürfnisorientierte Begleitung der Bewohner:innen
  • Interesse an der Begleitung von Menschen mit Demenz und der Mitwirkung im Rahmen der Hospiz und Palliativcare
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Diplom im gehobenen Dienst für Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege bzw. abgeschlossenes Studium Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege
  • Sie arbeiten gerne selbstständig und verantwortungsbewusst und lieben Flexibilität
