Deine Aufgaben:

  • Bauleitung & Führung:
  • Leitung der Montage und Demontage unserer Hochbaukrane auf Konzernbaustellen sowie fachliche Anleitung und Führung der internen Mitarbeiter:innen.
  • Inbetriebnahme, Technik & Prüfung:
  • Planung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Inbetriebnahmen inklusive vollständiger Dokumentation. Eigenständige Durchführung anspruchsvoller Reparaturen, Fehlerdiagnosen sowie der vorgeschriebenen Sachkundigenprüfung (UVV) an Kranen.
  • Verantwortung & Sicherheit:
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller relevanten Normen, Verordnungen sowie Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards auf Baustellen und in der Werkstatt.
  • Schnittstellenmanagement:
  • Abstimmung mit Kunden, Partnern und Lieferanten vor Ort (z.B. Autokrane, Schwertransporte) sowie Erstellung eines sachgerechten und vollständigen Reportings.
  • Mobilität:
  • Keine Langzeitmontage, sondern tagweise Einsätze (Schwerpunkt Nordrhein-Westfalen).

Deine Qualifikationen:

  • Qualifikation:
  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung in der Elektrotechnik oder im Maschinenbau, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum/zur Techniker:in (m/w/d) oder Meister:in (m/w/d).
  • Fachexpertise:
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung sowie fundierte Fachkenntnisse in der Kranmontage und -demontage.
  • Persönlichkeit & Führung:
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie gute analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten in der Führung von Montageteams.
  • Mindset:
  • Hohes Engagement und unternehmerisches Denken, kombiniert mit einer selbständigen und eigenverantwortlichen Arbeitsweise.
  • Werte:
  • Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung, geprägt von Partnerschaftlichkeit und Respekt.
  • Voraussetzungen:
  • Höhentauglichkeit (schwindelfrei, idealerweise G41) sowie Führerschein der Klasse B (Klasse BE von Vorteil).
