Wir bieten eine Stelle als Verkaufstellenleiter/in für unseren Bio-Hofladen. Es sollten eigene Produkte aus unserem Garten geerntet und verkauft werden. Es besteht die Möglichkeit auch bei der Tierhaltung, Nahrungsmittelverarbeitung, im Büro oder im Garten mit zu wirken. Zusätzlich haben wir mehrere Bio Betriebe und Großhändler bei denen Du Ware zukaufen sollst. Wir freuen uns über Deine Ideen für die Gestaltung und für die Erweiterung des Sortimentes. Gerne nehme Führungsaufgaben wahr, wie Dienstpläne für die Ladenbelegschaft erstellen, weiter Entwicklung des Sortimentes und Aufgaben verteilen. Wir bieten einen guten Umgang miteinander, geben unser wissen über gesunde Ernährung und unser Heilwissen weiter. Es gibt 35%Rabatt auf das Vollsortiment. In der Regel wird ein Bio Mittagessen täglich von einem von uns gekocht und dann essen wir gemeinsam.
