Unser 15-köpfiges Team bewirtet und beherbergt über das ganze Jahr verteilt rund 15.000 Gäste. Das sind Jugendliche, Schüler, Familien und Erwachsene anlässlich Seminaren, Klassenfahrten, Tagungen, Probenwochenenden, Freizeiten, Familienfeiern, etc.

Das Bildungs- und Freizeitzentrum Stiftsberg sucht nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt

eine/n

*Hauswirtschaftsleitung (m/w/d) *

in Teilzeit (50 bis 75 % Stellenumfang, ausnahmsweise 100 %)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung für den hauswirtschaftlichen Bereich „non-food“
  • Qualitätssicherung
  • Personalanleitung und -einteilung
  • zusammen mit der Küchen- und der Rezeptionsleitung sind Sie in die Unternehmensführung eingebunden

Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung (auch fachfremd)
  • Berufserfahrung oder die Fortbildung zum/zur Meister/in in der Hauswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Leitungserfahrung, Organisationstalent, Kreativität bei der Gestaltung der Gästebereiche und Freude am Umgang mit Gästen und Mitarbeiter:innen
  • Die Bereitschaft zur Arbeit am Wochenende sollte vorhanden sein
