Für unseren Großkunden suchen wir ab sofort einen Kreditorenbuchhalter (m/w/d) mit großer Option auf Übernahme !

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Neuanlegen, Erfassen und Pflegen von Kreditorenstammdaten
  • Rechnungsklärung mit den Fachabteilungen bei Unstimmigkeiten
  • Prüfen, kontieren und buchen von Kreditorenrechnungen
  • Klärung und Anerkennung der Rechnungen und Freigabe der Zahlungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen
  • Bearbeitung von eingehenden Mahnungen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen und SAP R/3
  • Strukturierte, selbständige und gründliche Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und gutes Zahlenverständnis
