Kreditorenbuchhalter (m/w/d)

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Sie prüfen und verarbeiten Eingangsrechnungen sowie Gutschriften
  • Sie kontrollieren Rechnungen nach gesetzlichen und internen Vorgaben
  • Sie steuern elektronische Freigabe- und Workflowprozesse
  • Sie buchen Kreditorenbelege und stimmen offene Posten ab
  • Sie bearbeiten Lieferantenanfragen, Mahnungen und Intercompany-Abstimmungen
  • Ihre Qualifikationen:
  • Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung mit
  • Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit SAP oder Navision
  • Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sie arbeiten als Kreditorenbuchhalter (m/w/d) strukturiert, teamorientiert und mit einem guten Verständnis für digitale Rechnungsprozesse
