Aufgabengebiet

  • Prüfung, Kontierung und Verbuchung von Eingangsrechnungen
  • -Bearbeitung des Zahlungsverkehrs und Überwachung von Zahlungsfristen
  • -Abstimmung und Pflege von Kreditorenkonten
  • -Kommunikation mit Lieferanten und internen Fachabteilungen
  • -Klärung von Rechnungsdifferenzen und Mahnungen
  • -Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • -Pflege von Stammdaten im ERP-System
  • -Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung buchhalterischer Prozesse

Anforderungsprofil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen
  • -Berufserfahrung in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • -Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS Office
  • -Sorgfältige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • -Zahlenaffinität und ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • -Teamfähigkeit sowie Kommunikationsstärke
  • -Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
