Zur Unterstützung des Finanzteams suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit für die Kreditorenbuchhaltung. Aufgabengebiet

  • Prüfung, Kontierung und Buchung von Eingangsrechnungen
  • -Sicherstellung einer termingerechten Rechnungsverarbeitung
  • -Erstellung und Überwachung von Zahlläufen
  • -Pflege und Verwaltung von Kreditorenstammdaten
  • -Abstimmung mit internen Fachbereichen sowie externen Lieferanten
  • -Unterstützung in der Anlagenbuchhaltung
  • -Mitarbeit bei Monats- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten
  • -Überwachung buchhalterischer Fristen und Dokumentationen

Anforderungsprofil

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium
  • -Erfahrung in der Finanz- oder Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • -Gute Kenntnisse der Rechnungslegung nach HGB
  • -Sicherer Umgang mit buchhalterischen Prozessen
  • -Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise SAP
  • -Deutsch verhandlungssicher
  • -Englisch für die Zusammenarbeit im internationalen Umfeld
