Aufgabengebiet

  • Erfassen und Prüfen von Eingangsrechnungen
  • -Überwachung und Abwicklung von Zahlungen
  • -Kommunikation mit Lieferanten und internen Abteilungen
  • -Klärung von Rechnungsdifferenzen
  • -Pflege von Kreditorenkonten
  • -Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • -Erstellung von Berichten und Statistiken
  • -Einhaltung der geltenden gesetzlichen Vorschriften und internen Richtlinien
  • Anforderungsprofil
  • Das bringen Sie mit:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • -Erfahrung in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • -Sicherer Umgang mit gängiger Buchhaltungssoftware
  • -Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • -Genauigkeit und ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis
  • -Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke

Vergütungspaket

  • Attraktives Gehalt zwischen 45.000 und 55.000 EUR brutto pro Jahr
  • -Temporäre Anstellung mit klar definierten Aufgaben
