Aufgabengebiet

  • Sie prüfen eingehende Rechnungen auf Vollständigkeit und erfassen sie im System.
  • -Sie ordnen Rechnungen den passenden Konten und Kostenstellen zu.
  • -Sie klären Rückfragen zu Rechnungen mit internen Ansprechpartnern und externen Lieferanten.
  • -Sie bereiten Zahlungsvorgänge fristgerecht vor und dokumentieren diese nachvollziehbar.
  • -Sie stimmen Kreditorenkonten regelmäßig ab und erkennen offene oder unklare Vorgänge.
  • -Sie bearbeiten Mahnungen und klären Differenzen mit Lieferanten.
  • -Sie pflegen Stammdaten von Kreditoren sorgfältig und aktuell.

Anforderungsprofil

  • Sie beherrschen die laufende Bearbeitung von Eingangsrechnungen und Kreditorenkonten.
  • -Sie können Rechnungen kontieren und Kostenstellen korrekt zuordnen.
  • -Sie arbeiten sicher und strukturiert mit Finanzdaten.
  • -Sie klären offene Sachverhalte verständlich mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern.

Vergütungspaket

  • Attraktives Gehalt zwischen 43.000 und 55.000 EUR brutto pro Jahr
  • -Unbefristete Festanstellung
  • -Homeoffice und flexible Arbeitszeiten
