  • Prüfung, Kontierung und Verbuchung von Eingangsrechnungen
  • -Sicherstellung einer fristgerechten und korrekten Rechnungsverarbeitung
  • -Durchführung und Überwachung des Zahlungsverkehrs
  • -Bearbeitung von Mahnungen sowie Klärung offener Posten
  • -Abstimmung von Kreditorenkonten und Salden
  • -Ansprechpartner für Lieferanten sowie interne Fachbereiche
  • -Unterstützung bei Reisekostenabrechnungen
  • -Mitarbeit bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • -Unterstützung bei Prozessoptimierungen und Projekten im Rechnungswesen
  • Anforderungsprofil
  • Ausbildung

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

Berufserfahrung

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • -Idealerweise Erfahrung in einem internationalen Unternehmensumfeld

Fachliche Kenntnisse

  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umsatzsteuerrecht
  • -Verständnis buchhalterischer Zusammenhänge und Prozesse

Systeme

  • Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen
  • -Idealerweise SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics oder vergleichbare Lösungen
  • -Sicherer Umgang mit Excel, Outlook und Word

Sprachen

  • Deutsch sicher in Wort und Schrift
  • -Englisch für die tägliche Kommunikation
  • -Weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
