Ihre Aufgaben

  • Formale, rechnerische und steuerrechtliche Prüfung sowie Zuordnung
  • auf Kostenstellen
  • Erfassung aller Eingangsrechnungen und Gutschriften in SAP
  • Abstimmung von Rechnungen mit Bestellungen und Lieferscheinen
  • Durchführung von Zahlläufen und Ausnutzung von Skontofristen
  • Anlegung und Verwaltung von Kreditorenkonten und Bankdaten
  • Klärung offener Posten und Abstimmung der Kreditorenkonten
  • Ansprechpartner bei Rechnungsabweichungen und Klärfällen
  • Bearbeitung von Lieferantenmahnungen und Gutschriften

Unsere Anforderungen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im vorgenannten Aufgabengebiet
  • Versierter Umgang mit MS-Office
  • SAP Kenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Belastbarkeit
  • Ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative, Kommunikationsstärke und
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
