### Aufgaben:

  • Prüfung, Kontierung und Verbuchung von Eingangsrechnungen
  • Bearbeitung und Verwaltung der Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Prüfung und Klärung von Rechnungsabweichungen
  • Pflege und Abstimmung von Kreditorenkonten
  • Bearbeitung von Zahlungsvorgängen und Vorbereitung von Zahlungsläufen
  • Überwachung von Zahlungsfristen und Skontofristen
  • Bearbeitung und Klärung von Lieferantenmahnungen
  • Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit Lieferanten sowie internen Fachabteilungen
  • Pflege von Lieferanten- und Stammdaten im ERP-System
  • Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen und Reports
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von buchhalterischen Prozessen und Abläufen

### Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Buchhaltung
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung oder in einer vergleichbaren Position wünschenswert
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise Erfahrung mit einem ERP-System
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Zahlenaffinität sowie eine sorgfältige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
