Für meinen Kunden, einem Unternehmen aus der Dienstleistungsbranche mit Sitz in Berlins Mitte, suche ich ab sofort einen Kreditorenbuchhalter (m/w/d) in 20-40 Wochenstunden. Der Einstieg erfolgt im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung, eine Übernahme ins Unternehmen ist nach 12 Monaten geplant. Flexible Arbeitszeiten, ein schönes Büro und tolle Kollegen runden die gute Atmosphäre ab.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Erfassung, Prüfung und Kontierung von Eingangsrechnungen
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Lieferantenstammdaten
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung des wöchentlichen / monatlichen Zahlungslaufs
  • Überwachung offener Posten und Fälligkeiten
  • Unterstützung beim Monats- und Jahresabschluss (z. B. Rückstellungen)
  • Mitarbeit an der Optimierung von Rechnungs- und Buchungsprozessen

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Finanzbuchhalter oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung nach HGB
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Buchhaltungssoftware (z. B. DATEV, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage)
  • Fließende Deutsch Kenntnisse
