Unsere Arbeit ist geprägt von Ethik, Pietät, Zuverlässigkeit und einem respektvollen Umgang mit Verstorbenen und Angehörigen. Mit modernster Technik und hohen Qualitätsstandards gewährleisten wir einen würdevollen Ablauf der Einäscherung.
### Ihre Aufgaben
- Durchführung und Überwachung des Einäscherungsprozesses unter Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben
- Bedienung, Steuerung und Kontrolle der modernen Ofen- und Filteranlagen
- Dokumentation und EDV-gestützte Erfassung aller Arbeitsabläufe
- Pietätvolle Vorbereitung der Verstorbenen sowie Ascheaufbereitung und Urnenabfüllung
- Pflege, Reinigung und Instandhaltung der technischen Anlagen und des Betriebsgeländes
- Zusammenarbeit mit Bestattungsunternehmen und internen Ansprechpartnern
### Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, vorzugsweise im technischen oder handwerklichen Bereich
- Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) mit technischem Verständnis sind willkommen
- Hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Diskretion
- Pietätvoller und respektvoller Umgang mit sensiblen Situationen
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit EDV-Anwendungen
- Führerschein Klasse B wünschenswert
