📋 Dein Aufgabengebiet bei Krones:

  • Präzisionsarbeit: Bearbeitung komplexer Drehteile nach technischen Zeichnungen.
  • Rüstprofi: Du wählst Werkzeuge und Spannmittel nach wirtschaftlichen Gesichtspunkten aus und richtest die Maschinen ein.
  • Optimierung: Du erstellst und optimierst Programme, um Fertigungsaufträge termingerecht abzuschließen.
  • Fehlerbehebung: Analyse und eigenständige Behebung von Maschinenstörungen im laufenden Betrieb.

👤 Das bringst du mit:

  • Qualifikation: Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industrie- oder Zerspannungsmechaniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Erfahrung: Mehrjährige Praxis an CNC-Drehmaschinen ist erforderlich.
  • Fachwissen: Du beherrschst idealerweise die Heidenhain-Steuerung (Gildemeister NEF 400) oder Siemens-Steuerung (DMG CTX Beta 2000).
  • Flexibilität: Du arbeitest selbstständig und bringst die Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtsystem (bis zu 3 Schichten) mit.
