### Aufgaben

  • Fertigung von Behälterbaugruppen und Rohrleitungen nach Zeichnung, Stücklisten und Schweißanweisung (WPS) im WIG Schweißverfahren
  • Einstellen und Überprüfen von funktionswichtigen Maßen und Toleranzen
  • Durchführen von mechanischen Funktionsprüfungen (Prüfen, Messen, Qualitätsbeurteilung)
  • Durchführen von mechanischen Nacharbeiten von Teilen
  • Manuelles Bearbeiten, Ausrichten, Schleifen von Teilen
  • Lesen von Zeichnungen
  • Fertigung von Druckbehältern und Tanks nach Richtlinien (wie ASME)
  • Druckprüfung und korrekte Beschriftung nach Richtlinien für TÜV-Abnahmen

### Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem Metallberuf oder als Schweißer
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung wünschenswert
  • Umfangreiche Kenntnisse verschiedener Schweißverfahren (WIG, MAG)
  • WIG- Rohrschweißprüfung
  • MS Office und SAP Grundkenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Selbständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
