Für unseren Premium-Kunden, ein weltweit agierendes Unternehmen aus dem Anlagen- und Maschinenbau, suchen wir engagierte und zuverlässige Systemadministratoren (m/w/d) in Freising.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Erste Anlaufstelle für IT-Fragen, Störungen und Service Requests für Anwenderinnen und Anwender am Standort
  • Unterstützung im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support bei Windows-Arbeitsplätzen, Notebooks, Druckern, mobilen Endgeräten und Standardanwendungen
  • Einrichtung von IT-Arbeitsplätzen, Betreuung der Endgeräte und Sicherstellung einer stabilen, sicheren und nutzerfreundlichen IT-Umgebung
  • Störungsanalyse, Definition pragmatischer Lösungen und Koordination komplexer Themen mit internen oder zentralen IT-Teams
  • Mitwirkung bei Rollouts, Digitalisierungsprojekten und der Weiterentwicklung moderner IT-Services
  • Verständliche Dokumentation von Lösungen und Unterstützung, Wissen im Team nachhaltig verfügbar zu machen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich, z.B. als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im IT-Support, in der Systemadministration oder in einer ähnlichen technischen Rolle
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Windows-Client-Umgebungen sowie MS-Office
  • Kenntnisse in Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Management von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit technische Sachverhalte verständlich zu erläutern
  • Eigeninitiative, Serviceorientierung und Motivation
  • IT-Prozesse aktiv mitgestalten und kontinuierlich zu verbessern
