Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Hygiene Assistant / Housekeeping staff member to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation across the restaurant. The role involves ensuring that the dining area, kitchen, washrooms, and other premises remain clean, organised, and welcoming for guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities

• •Maintain cleanliness across dining areas, kitchen spaces, washrooms, and common areas.
• •Clean and sanitise floors, tables, surfaces, and other frequently used areas.
• •Ensure washrooms are clean and adequately stocked with necessary supplies.
• •Dispose of waste properly and follow hygiene and sanitation standards.
• •Assist with cleaning duties before, during, and after restaurant operations.
• •Report maintenance issues and shortages of cleaning supplies to the supervisor.
• •Follow safe handling procedures for cleaning materials and equipment.

Requirements

• •Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
• •Basic understanding of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation practices.
• •Ability to work efficiently and maintain attention to detail.
• •Physically fit to perform routine cleaning duties.
• •Reliable, punctual, and responsible with a positive attitude.
• •Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
