  • Vor- und Zubereitung von frischen, qualitativ hochwertigen und regionalen Speisen
  • Leitung und Motivation des Küchenteams
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Küchen- und Serviceablaufs
  • Verantwortung für Qualität, Präsentation und Geschmack
  • Einhaltung der HACCP- und Betriebshygienevorschriften
  • Bestellwesen, Warenmanagement und Inventuren
  • Mitwirkung bei Menüplanung und Weiterentwicklung des Küchenkonzepts
  • Das bringen Sie mit:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin und Berufserfahrung, idealerweise als Küchenchef_in oder Sous-Chef
  • Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
  • Kreativität, Eigeninitiative und Leidenschaft fürs Kochen
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein im Bereich Einkauf, Bestellung und Personalplanung
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Deutschkenntnisse der Tätigkeit entsprechend
  • Sicheres, offenes und herzliches Auftreten gegenüber Gästen und Kollegen
  • Teamgeist, Fairness und Respekt im täglichen
