Eigenverantwortliches Führen eines Postens
Beitragen zu einem positiven Arbeits- und Betriebsklima
Sorgsamer Umgang mit allen Lebensmitteln und Speisen
Verantwortung für die Reinhaltung des Arbeitsplatzes
Verantwortung für eine höfliche und zuvorkommende Gästebetreuung am Buffet (Buffetbetreuung)
Beitrag zum reibungslosen Arbeitsablauf des Menüs und der Buffets
Tagesaktuelle Planung und Gestaltung des Menüs und Buffets in Abstimmung mit dem Küchenchef
Unterstützung des Küchenchefs in der Warenwirtschaftsplanung und Warenkontrolle
Gewissenhafte Ausführung und Übernahme von übertragenen Aufgaben
Sorgsamer Umgang mit Geräten und Betriebsmitteln
Anleitung und fachliche Unterstützung von Lehrlingen und Praktikanten
Umsetzung der HACCP Richtlinien
Du hast entsprechend gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Wir bieten

Vollzeitbeschäftigung
Rahmenarbeitszeit zwischen 09:00 und 21:30 Uhr (Durchdienst von 12:00 bis 21:30 Uhr auch möglich)
5 Tage pro Woche (45 Stunden pro Woche)
