  • Vertretungseinsätze in verschiedenen Gusto-Restaurants in ganz Vorarlberg
  • Leitung und Organisation des Küchenteams vor Ort, inkl. Einsatzplanung
  • Menüplanung, Zubereitung und Präsentation der Gerichte
  • Sicherstellung von Sauberkeit, Hygiene und Qualitätsstandards
  • Bestellungen und Rohertragsüberwachung
