Das Restaurant Markt1 bekannt für mediterrane Gerichte, Grillspezialitäten und regionaler Küche mit Marktgarten und Terrasse im Stadtzentrum von Gera sucht zur Verstärkung des Teams ab sofort einen Koch (m/w/d) in verantwortlicher Position in Vollzeit. Der Einsatz erfolgt von Dienstag - Sonntag flexibel im Schichtdienst in der Zeit von 11.00 - 23.00 Uhr bei einer 4-Tage-Woche.

Aufgabengebiet

  • Einsatz als Koch im a-la-carte-Geschäft
  • Vor- und Zubereitung sowie Anrichten von Speisen in der a-la-carte-Küche
  • Deutsche und Thüringer Küche, mediterrane Gerichte und Grillspezialitäten Anforderungen
  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Koch/Köchin
  • fundierte berufliche Kenntnisse und Erfahrung
  • selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Einsatzbereitschaft, Motivation, Belastbarkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur Schicht- und Wochenendarbeit.

Für auswärtige Bewerber/innen erfolgt Unterstützung bei der Unterkunftssuche durch den Arbeitgeber.
