Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Sternbäck suchen wir ab sofort einen engagierten

Küchenchef\*in (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung für die gesamte Küchenorganisation
  • Führung und Motivation des Küchenteams
  • Planung und Erstellung von Speisekarten
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Qualität und ansprechenden Präsentation aller Speisen
  • Warenbestellung, Lagerverwaltung, Kostenkontrolle
  • Einhaltung der Hygienevorschriften nach HACCP

Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in leitender Position
  • Führungskompetenz und Organisationstalent
  • Kreativität und Leidenschaft für gutes Essen
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, Belastbarkeit
