Zur Verstärkung und Leitung unseres Küchenteams suchen wir ab sofort einen erfahrenen und engagierten Sous Chef (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung des Küchenchefs bei der Organisation und Leitung der Küche
  • Verantwortung für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Tagesgeschäft
  • Zubereitung und Verarbeitung von Speisen
  • Sichere Anleitung des Küchenteams
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards (HACCP)
  • Mitverantwortung für Warenbestellung, -kontrolle und Lagerhaltung

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin und/oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrung in einer Führungsposition
  • Organisationstalent und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität, auch in stressigen Situationen
