Für unser Restaurant \*\*Captain's Schnitzel in Rostock\*\* suchen wir sofort einen engagierten und erfahrenen \*\*Küchenchef (m/w/d)\*\* zur Verstärkung unseres Teams.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Leitung und Organisation des gesamten Küchenbereichs
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs in der Küche
  • Verantwortung für Qualität, Hygiene und Präsentation der Speisen
  • Planung von Arbeitsabläufen und Dienstplänen
  • Wareneinkauf und -kontrolle
  • Führung und Motivation des Küchenteams

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in leitender Position
  • Organisationstalent und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie Durchsetzungsstärke
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Leidenschaft für Gastronomie und hochwertige Speisen
