  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Zubereitung der Ganztagsverpflegung in der Verteilerküche für die Heimbewohner im Senioren- und Pflegeheim Nieder Oderwitz
  • Vorbereitungsarbeiten (Mise en Place) im zugeordneten Arbeitsbereich
  • Kontrolle der Qualität und Güte der zu verarbeitenden Produkte
  • Reinigung und Pflege der Arbeitsutensilien und des persönlichen Verantwortungsbereiches unter Einhaltung der Hygienevorschriften
  • Mitverantwortung des reibungslosen Küchenablaufes
  • Sauberkeit und Ordnung unter Einhaltung der Hygienevorschriften

Ihr Profil:

  • Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in der Gemeinschaftsverpflegung oder Großküche wünschenswert
  • Eigenverantwortlichkeit, Sorgfalt und eine zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sie sind interessiert?
