Wir sind eine stationäre Pflegeeinrichtung mit 91 Bewohnerinnen. Wir bieten zusätzlich Essen auf Rädern für Menschen in Wölfersheim und Umgebung an. Die Mahlzeiten werden täglich frisch in der hauseigenen Küche zubereitet und im Anschluss an die Bewohner\*innen serviert.

Aufgabenbeschreibung (Koch):

  • Vorbereitung der Frühstück und Abendessen
  • Vorbereitung der Zutaten für das Mittagessen (z.B. Gemüse schneiden)
  • Essensverteilung auf den Stationen und im Restaurant
  • Berücksichtigen der Bewohnerwünsche und Kritik
  • Spülküche
  • Reinigung der Küche
  • Einarbeiten neuer Mitarbeitender
  • Überprüfung und Dokumentation der Lagerbestände
  • Einhaltung der Richtlinien für Lebensmittelhygiene nach dem HACCP-Konzept
