Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung des Küchenteams bei der Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten für unsere Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner
  • Vorbereitung von Lebensmitteln unter Berücksichtigung spezieller Kostformen (z.B. Diät-, Schonkost, pürierte Kost)
  • Mithilfe bei der Portionierung und Verteilung der Mahlzeiten im Früh-(7.30-13.30 Uhr) und Spätdienst (13.30-19.30 Uhr)
  • Reinigung und Desinfektion von Arbeitsflächen, Küchengeräten und Küchenutensilien
  • Spühl-und Aufräumarbeiten
  • Einhaltung der geltenden Hygiene-, Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards (HACCP)
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Pflegepersonal und Küche zur Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Versorgung.

Mindestens B1 Sprachkentnisse
