### Ihre Aufgaben

Im familiären Umfeld

  • leiten Sie das Küchenteam unserer Senioreneinrichtung mit vollem Engagement und verantworten die bedarfsgerechte Vor- und Zubereitung der Mahlzeiten für die Bewohner
  • halten Sie bei der anschließenden Ausgabe für jeden Gast ein Lächeln bereit
  • produzieren Sie zeitgemäße Speisen aus unserer zentral gesteuerten Speiseplanung unter Berücksichtigung der vorgegebenen Budgets
  • übernehmen Sie die Dienstplanung der gesamten Küche
  • sichern Sie die Einhaltung aller gesetzlicher Bestimmungen und Qualitätsstandards sowie die sachgemäße Hygiene, Lagerung, Produktion, Ausgabe und Entsorgung der Speisen
  • beschaffen Sie Lebensmittel über unsere moderne Software
  • führen Sie fachgemäße Wareneingangskontrollen durch
  • arbeiten Sie im 2 – Schichtsystem (Früh/Spätdienst) in Vollzeit in einer modernen Küche

### Ihr Profil

Sie verfügen über

  • 3-jährige Ausbildung als Köchin/Koch
  • Erfahrung in der Gemeinschaftsverpflegung
  • Erste Leitungserfahrung als Küchenleitung in vergleichbarer Position
  • Eine freundliche und aufgeschlossene Art, die unser positives Betriebsklima weiter beflügelt
