Kundenberater 15,33 Euro/Std. (m/w/d)

Sie benötigen keine Erfahrung, um in diesem spannenden Job tätig werden zu können. Eine kaufm. Ausbildung und die Fähigkeit zu kommunizieren reicht vollkommen aus.

Hier Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie kommunizieren telefonisch, per E-Mail oder im Chat mit Kunden oder Interessenten
  • Sie dokumentieren Ihre Gesprächsergebnisse
  • Sie erkennen die Beratungsbedarfe und informieren fallspezifisch die Fachberater
  • Sie nehmen Reklamationen auf
  • Im Rahmen von Sonderaktionen sprechen Sie Stammkunden telefonisch oder per E-Mail an

Folgende Voraussetzungen bringen Sie für diese Position mit:

  • Gute sprachliche Fähigkeiten / eine gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Eine positive Einstellung zur Dienstleistung
  • Eine vertriebliche Neigung

Die Stelle ist sowohl in Teilzeit als auch in Vollzeit ausführbar. Es handelt sich hier um einen äußerst abwechslungsreichen Job mit sehr attraktiver Vergütung.
