Serviceberater (m/w/d) Smart-Home teilweise Homeoffice

Sie sind, gemeinsam mit einem kleinen Team, zuständig für die Betreuung verschiedener Anfragen, die unseren Auftraggeber, einen namhaften Hersteller von Heizungen, erreichen. Ein Hauptteil Ihrer Tätigkeit umfasst die Betreuung von telefonischen Anfragen zu den Smart-Home-Lösungen des Herstellers, u.a. zur Kommunikationsschnittstelle oder der Smart Home App und Outbound-Kontakten zu gemeldeten Störungen. Ihre Arbeitszeiten sind je nach Absprache im Zeitraum von Montag bis Freitag von 07:00 bis 17:00 Uhr. Die Arbeitsstelle ist auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut erreichbar. Nach der Probezeit können Sie nach Absprache 2 bis 3 Tage im Homeoffice arbeiten. Sind Sie interessiert?

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Telefonisches Troubleshooting zur Kommunikationsschnittstelle und der Smart Home App
  • Telefonisches Troubleshooting mit Servicevertragskunden zu technischen Anliegen
  • Aktive Kontaktaufnahme mit Servicevertragskunden, bei denen eine Störung gemeldet wird
  • Bearbeitung von E-Mails mit Anfragen von Endkunden
  • Aktives Sammeln von Trustpilot-Bewertungen
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Erfahrung in der Kommunikation mit Kunden
  • Deutsch fließend in Wort und Schrift
  • Idealerweise Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Produkten aus der Haustechnik (Wärme, Kälte, Klima) und Smart-Home-Lösungen oder alternativ Vorerfahrung in einem anderen technischen Bereich
  • Umgang mit verschiedenen EDV-Systemen, idealerweise Salesforce und SAP
  • Empathische Art
  • Technisches Verständnis
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
