Die Sof-X GmbH sucht für ihren Moneytransfer-Shop im Hauptbahnhof München engagierte Mitarbeiter-in im Kundenservice und Geldtransfer.

💼 Deine Aufgaben:

  • Freundliche Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kunden beim Geldtransfer (Money Transfer)
  • Kassen ein- und -auszahlungen
  • Währungsprüfung
  • Unterstützung bei der Eröffnung und Schließung der Filiale
  • Einhaltung aller Sicherheits- und Geldwäsche-Richtlinien gemäß Unternehmensvorgaben
  • Unterstützung bei Promotion Aktionen und aktiver Kundenansprache
  • Marketing des Shops

👤 Das bringst du mit:

  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Englischkenntnisse sind wünschenswert
  • Türkisch oder Albanisch oder Arabisch als Zusatzsprache von Vorteil
  • Freundliches Auftreten und Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Erste Erfahrung im Verkauf oder Kassieren ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss – Quereinsteiger willkommen!
  • Grundkenntnisse in PC-Anwendungen (z. B. MS Office, MS-Excel)
