### Teilzeitmitarbeiter (m/w/d) für das WGV Servicebüro Ellwangen gesucht

Wir suchen einen zuverlässigen und kundenfreundlichen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) auf Teilzeitbasis (ca. 20 Stunden pro Woche), um den Service für unsere Kundinnen und Kunden vor Ort zu erweitern.

Erfahrung in der Versicherungsbranche ist von Vorteil, aber nicht erforderlich – wir freuen uns auch über Bewerbungen von Quereinsteigern (m/w/d).

Zu Ihren Aufgaben zählen unter anderem:

  • Kompetente Beratung und Betreuung unserer Neu- und Bestandskunden in Versicherungsfragen im Privatkundenbereich
  • Bedarfsermittlung, Angebotserstellung und Vertragsabschluss
  • Pflege und Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen
  • Unterstützung im Schadensmanagement
  • Dokumentation und Pflege von Kundendaten

Ihr Profil:

  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im kaufmännischen, serviceorientierten oder beratenden Bereich
  • Interesse an Versicherungsthemen – Lernbereitschaft ist uns wichtiger als Vorerfahrung
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Serviceorientierung und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Gute PC-Kenntnisse
