Unsere Ford Werkstatt in 31840 Hess.-Oldendorf sucht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Kundenberater (m/w/d) in der Kfz-Branche in Vollzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • freundliche und professionelle Kundenbetreuung (persönlich & telefonisch)
  • Terminvergabe und -koordination
  • Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen
  • Unterstützung im Bereich Kfz-Service und Beratung
  • Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten und Korrespondenz

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, idealerweise im Kfz-Bereich oder als Automobilkaufmann/-frau
  • Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder Serviceberatung von Vorteil
  • Technisches Verständnis für die Kfz-Branche
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Computern und gängigen Programmen
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Freundlichkeit und ein professionelles Auftreten
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise

Arbeitszeiten:

  • Frühwoche 7:00-16:30
  • Spätwoche 10:30-18:00
  • Früh- und Spätwoche im wöchentlichen Wechsel
  • einmal im Monat einen Freitag frei
