  • Deine Aufgaben?
  • Du beantwortest Kundenanfragen rund um Verträge, Tarife und Rechnungen – telefonisch und schriftlich
  • Du bist die Stimme des Kundenservices und sorgst für echte Zufriedenheit
  • Du trägst mit deinem Einsatz dazu bei, dass unsere Kunden zufrieden bleiben und sich gut beraten fühlen
  • Was bringst Du mit?
  • Motivation und Lernbereitschaft für unsere Basisschulung in den ersten Wochen
  • in Deinem täglichen Doing ist die Qualität und Empathie das A und O
  • Dir ist es wichtig, den Kunden schon im ersten Telefonat bestmöglich zu helfen
  • Du hast Spaß in Deinem Job – das hört man Dir direkt an
  • Deine Aufgaben löst du gewissenhaft und zielstrebig
  • Du besitzt sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
