Kundenberater Telefonie (m/w/d)

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Telefonische Betreuung und Beratung von Kunden zu Versicherungsfragen
  • Freundliche und kompetente Beantwortung eingehender Anfragen
  • Dokumentation und Weiterleitung relevanter Informationen
  • Ihre Qualifikationen:
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Quereinstieg möglich
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung
  • Freude am Telefonieren und im Umgang mit Menschen
  • Gute Ausdrucksfähigkeit, Geduld und Belastbarkeit
  • Teamorientierte und servicebewusste Arbeitsweise
