Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in HOPPEGARTEN suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen/eine:

Kundenberater/Telefonverkauf (m/w/d)

Folgendes sollten Sie mitbringen:

  • fachliches Know-how und technisches Verständnis
  • Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft, lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten, hohe Eigeninitiative und sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • selbständige Arbeitsweise, sympathisches Auftreten

Ihre Aufgaben sind:

  • Betreuung langjähriger Bestands-Kunden am Telefon
  • Erreichen des Verkaufsbudgets mit den Außendienstverkäufern zusammen
  • Problemlösungen/Reklamationsabwicklungen
  • Repräsentation der Firma im Fachhandel/Angebotsübermittlung
  • Mitorganisation und Teilnahme an Händlerevents und Messen
