Unser Mandant ist ein etabliertes Unternehmen im Bereich der betrieblichen Altersversorgung mit Sitz in Berlin. Seit vielen Jahren betreut das Unternehmen Arbeitgeber und Mitarbeitende bei der Umsetzung nachhaltiger Vorsorgelösungen und verwaltet ein umfangreiches Anlagevermögen.

#### Jobbeschreibung

  • Betreuung und Ausbau bestehender Kollektivvertragspartner im Bereich der betrieblichen Altersversorgung (bAV)
  • Beratung von Arbeitgebern und Mitarbeitenden zu bestehenden Versorgungslösungen und bAV-Konzepten
  • Durchführung von Mitarbeiterversammlungen, Informationsveranstaltungen und digitalen Beratungen
  • Erstellung von Angeboten, Beispielrechnungen sowie Antrags- und Kundenunterlagen
  • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung und Betreuung der bAV-Prozesse sowie Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen

#### Anforderungsprofil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Versicherungs- oder Finanzbereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der betrieblichen Altersversorgung sowie in der Betreuung von Firmenkunden
  • Sicheres und überzeugendes Auftreten sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Reisebereitschaft für Kundentermine sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
