Für unsere Zentrale in Siegen suchen wir eine/n Mitarbeiter/in für die Kundenbetreuung im Außendienst (Medizintechnik). Sie betreuen niedergelassene Ärzte, Kliniken und sonstige medizinische Einrichtungen aller Fachrichtungen.

### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Kundenbesuche und Kundenbetreuung vor Ort - Arztpraxen und sonstige Gesundheitseinrichtungen
  • Neukundenaquise
  • Verkauf von medizintechnischen Ge- und Verbrauchartikeln, medizintechnische Gerätesysteme und damit verbundene Dienstleistungen
  • Bestellannahme
  • Angebotserstellung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsinnendienst
  • Einweisung der Produkte beim Kunden / Produktschulungen
  • Reklamationsabwicklung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsinnendienst
  • Sie repräsentieren das Unternehmen auf Messen und Kongressen

Ihr Anforderungsprofil:

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Außendienst und in der Kundenbetreuung, Interesse, sich medizinische Produktkenntnisse anzueignen, sicheres, freundliches Auftreten, Teamfähigkeit und ein hohes Maß an Kommunikationsfähigkeit, belastbar, engagiert und zuverlässig, ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, sicherer Umgang mit DV-Systemen sowie MS-Office, sehr gut in deutscher Sprache in Wort und Schrift, hohe Reisebereitschaft, gültiger Führerschein Klasse B.
