Das sind Ihre Aufgaben

  • Kaufmännische und logistische Betreuung eines definierten Endkundenkreises mit zum Teil schwierigen Betreuungsaufgaben
  • (Fachspezifische) Beratung und Entgegennehmen von Kundenwünschen in und ausländischer Kunden
  • Überwachung und Abwicklung von Terminen und umfangreichen Aufträgen
  • Mitwirkung zur Lösungsfindung bei auftretenden Problemstellungen
  • Bearbeitung von Garantie- bzw. Kulanzfällen und Analyse von Reklamationsursachen
  • Ausarbeitung von Stellungnahmen und Abstimmung der weiteren Vorgehensweise mit den Fachbereichen
  • Erstellen von Rechnungen
  • Mitwirkung im AOG Dienst

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Industriekaufmann (m/w/d) oder ähnliche Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise mehrjährige Erfahrung im Kundendienst oder Vertriebssachbearbeitung
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Sorgfältige und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Teamfähigkeit
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen, Flexibilität und Umsetzungsstärke
  • Gute Kenntnisse in den MS-Office Programmen
