Stellenangebot: Kundendienstbetreuer für Energiewirtschaft (m/w/d) - Gera

DEINE AUFGABEN:

  • Telefonische und schriftliche Kundenbetreuung (Inbound)
  • Bearbeitung von Stammdaten, Rechnungen, Reklamationen und Beschwerden
  • Produkt- und Tarifberatung
  • Mitwirkung bei der aktiven Sachbearbeitung unserer Kunden
  • Eigenverantwortliches Bearbeiten von Vorgängen aus den Bereichen Abrechnung, Marktkommunikation, Geräte- und Energiedatenmanagement, etc.

WAS DU MITBRINGEN SOLLTEST:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung bzw. Erfahrung im Bereich Kundenbetreuung
  • Schichtbereitschaft im Zeitraum von 7 – 20 Uhr
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • freundliches und zuvorkommendes Auftreten
  • Gute PC-Kenntnisse
