IHRE AUFGABEN:

  • Telefonische und schriftliche Kundenbetreuung (Inbound)
  • Bearbeitung von Stammdaten, Rechnungen, Reklamationen und Beschwerden
  • Produkt- und Tarifberatung
  • Mitwirkung bei der aktiven Sachbearbeitung unserer Kunden
  • Eigenverantwortliches Bearbeiten von Vorgängen aus den Bereichen Abrechnung, Marktkommunikation, Geräte- und Energiedatenmanagement, etc.

IHR PROFIL:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung bzw. Erfahrung im Bereich Kundenbetreuung
  • Gute Kommunikation in Wort und Schrift
  • Schichtbereitschaft im Zeitraum von 7 bis 20 Uhr
  • Flexibilität, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • PC-Affinität

  • Branche des Arbeitgebers: Erbringung von sonstigen wirtschaftlichen Dienstleistungen
  • Beginn der Tätigkeit: ab sofort (nach Vereinbarung)
  • Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit
  • Befristung: Unbefristete Beschäftigung
  • Einsatzorte: 10369 Berlin
  • Führungsverantwortung: Keine Führungsverantwortung
  • Vergütung: Festgehalt pro Monat von 2.600,00 bis 3.300,00 EUR
