Wir suchen ab sofort einen motivierten Kundenbetreuer / Customer Relationship Manager / CRM (m/w/d) für die Agraranalytik im Agrarlabor in Leinefelde! ## ZU IHREN AUFGABEN ZÄHLEN

  • Sie betreuen einen definierten Kundenstamm innerhalb eines Produktbereichs (z.B. Boden, Ernteprodukte, Wirtschaftsdünger) .
  • Sie beraten Landwirte zu Analytiken und Ergebnissen.
  • Kundenaufträge werden eigenverantwortlich bearbeitet , registriert und innerhalb der firmeneigenen Labordatenbank abgewickelt .
  • Sie unterstützen zu Spitzenzeiten bei Bedarf in der Warenannahme.
  • Sie sind Ansprechpartner für Außendienst, Laborleitungen sowie QM-Beauftragten bei Fachfragen.

## IHR PROFIL

  • Sie haben eine Berufsausbildung oder ein naturwissenschaftliches oder landwirtschaftliches Studium abgeschlossen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation bzw. einschlägige Berufserfahrung. Quereinsteiger willkommen!
  • Idealerweise verfügen Sie bereits über praktische Berufserfahrung.
  • Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung ist von Vorteil.
  • Gute PC-Kenntnisse (MS Office) setzen wir voraus.
  • Sie bringen Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationstalent und Eigenständigkeit mit.
  • Eine sorgfältige, strukturierte & selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein runden Ihr Profil ab.
