Your job

  • Annahme telefonischer Kundenanliegen
  • Erfassung und Weiterleitung von Kundenanliegen
  • Pflege und Verwaltung von Kunden- und Hilfsmitteldaten
  • Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für interne und externe Kollegen
  • Montag bis Freitag zwischen 8 Uhr und 17 Uhr. Kann in diesem Rahmen individuell angepasst werden.
