Für den Raum Horb am Neckar und Umgebung suchen wir ab sofort einen Kundenbetreuer (m/w/d) in der Gebäudereinigung in Teilzeit oder Vollzeit .

  • 📍 Einsatzgebiet: Horb am Neckar & Umgebung
  • ⏰ Arbeitszeit: Mo–Fr, 08:00–17:00 Uhr
  • 💼 Start: Ab sofort
  • ✅ Teilzeit oder Vollzeit möglich

### Deine Aufgaben

  • 🤝 Betreuung und Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden
  • 🏢 Kontrolle und Betreuung von Reinigungsobjekten
  • 👥 Abstimmung mit Reinigungskräften und Vorarbeitern
  • 📅 Unterstützung bei Einsatzplanung und Organisation
  • ✅ Sicherstellung unserer Qualitätsstandards
  • 📞 Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Rückmeldungen

  • ✅ Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten
  • ✅ Organisationstalent und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • ✅ Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • ✅ Zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • 🚗 Führerschein von Vorteil
  • 🧽 Erfahrung in Gebäudereinigung, Objektbetreuung oder Kundenservice ist von Vorteil
