Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir engagierte Kundenbetreuer / Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) im Bereich Finanzen und Versicherungen bei der Deutschen Vermögensberatung (DVAG).

Diese Position eignet sich ideal für Menschen, die Zuverlässigkeit, Organisationstalent und Kundenorientierung mitbringen und eine abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit mit Zukunftsperspektive suchen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Unterstützung in der Kundenbetreuung und Terminorganisation

Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Verträgen

Verwaltung von Kundendaten und Pflege im System

Vorbereitung von Beratungsterminen

Kommunikation mit Kunden per Telefon und E-Mail

Ihr Profil:

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Quereinstieg möglich

Sicherer Umgang mit Computer und digitalen Tools

Freundliches Auftreten und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit

Teamfähigkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
