Ihre Aufgaben:

-Eigenständiges Bearbeiten von Kundenaufträgen

-Telefonische und schriftliche Betreuung der Kunden

-Einbuchung von Wareneingängen

-Abwicklung von Retouren oder Reklamationen

-Rechnungsstellung und Nachkalkulationen

Ihr Profil:

-Kaufmännische Berufsausbildung

-Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kundenbetreuung

-Kommunikationsstärke

-selbständige Arbeitsweise

-Gute MS Office Kenntnisse
