  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • /// Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kunden telefonisch und per E-Mail
  • /// Technische Beratung zu Produkten, Ersatzteilen und Wartungsleistungen
  • /// Erstellung und Pflege von Serviceaufträgen, Angeboten und Rechnungen im ERP-System
  • /// Unterstützung bei der Ersatzteilbeschaffung inklusive Lagerabgleich und Lieferterminverfolgung
  • /// Schnittstelle zwischen Technik, Vertrieb und Verwaltung zur Sicherstellung effizienter Abläufe
  • Ihr Profil:
  • /// Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Maschinenbau, Land- oder Forsttechnik
  • /// Erfahrung im Kundendienst oder technischen Support von Vorteil
  • /// Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Kundenorientierung
  • /// Strukturierte, selbstständige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • /// Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und ERP-Systemen
